Shipping FAQ's

Q: When will you ship my purchase?

A: If the items are purchased during regular business hours it will be shipped that same day.  We ship Mon - Fri 9am - 4pm.  No shipping on weekends and holidays.  If your purchase was done during the weekend and or on a holiday  we will sent it out the following business day. 

Q: Do you ship international?

A:  Yes.  For our international orders we use USPS.  USPS does not provide tracking numbers unless express international shipping method is purchased.  The order total does not include custom duties or international taxes.  The customer is responsible for any non-US taxes or import duties which may be levied by local authorities.  Please check with your country to see if there are any import or taxation policies before ordering.

Q: What carriers do we use to ship?

A:   For domestic and international orders we use USPS(United States Postal Service).

Q: How long will it take till I receive my order once it is placed?

A: Once the package is in the hands of the post office we have no control over delivery time.  Shipping time also depends custom holds if international and weather.

Returns and Exchanges FAQ's

Kali Kaos Industries is committed to customer satisfaction.  Buyer has a total of 45 days from the date of purchase to return item hassle free.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please dont hesitate to contact us.  Item must be returned in the same condition as when it was received.  All tags stickers attached to the item must still be includede in the return.  Item will either be exchanged or refunded minus shipping fees.

If for any reason buyer decides to exchange item and item is no longer in stock store credit or full refund minus shipping will be given.

Items that will "NOT" qualify for returns or exchanges are the following:

• Clearance items

• Swimwear(even if unworn)

Please contact us to receive an RMA number for the item being returned or exchanged.  Any returns or exchanges that do not have an RMA number will be returned at buyers expense.
